The New Nordic x Rye London Workshop Supper
Join us on Friday 2nd June, for a workshop and supper of Nordic cooking and eating in our light filled studio.
Simon Bajada, chef turned food stylist, turned food photographer and author, has written two cookbooks on Nordic inspired cooking.
Simon will be joining us from Stockholm to cook, present and discuss traits of the new nordic kitchen.
Between courses Simon will demonstrate some of his favourite how to's, and preparing some of the components of the menu.
